a journey worth taking ^_^

After six years of studying in college, four years spent in St. Scho and another two years in PSBA-QC, finally I'm done! :D I've reached what I was dreaming of. Now I am already a CPA. I never thought I would make it in one take, but then I made it! :) I am so proud to say that somehow every possible support exerted by those people who love me were compensated. That I didn't fail them.

I wasn't able to thank them all personally, so I will use this opportunity to do so.

College wasn't that smooth for me. Many times I cried, different reasons, but I can say "I survived". I still remember how I got to St. Scho. :D I had entrance exams in four schools, DLSU, UP-D, UST and St. Scho. Unluckily, my grades on the first three schools weren't enough to get me to Accountancy. But still, God is good. I passed my entrance exam in St. Scho. There it all started.

Accountancy for me at that point of my life is actually just "a course that will give me good job and more money :p ". At this point, it was my family who backed me up and helped me go through this. I thank my mom for being a stage-mother, because she patiently waited for me during my exam in SSC. I guess every mother does this at some point. :D Also my tita who helped me process my application because my interview letter didn't arrive. Good thing, I wasn't interviewed. :p After the struggles on my first year, there's my being delisted on my second year 2nd semester residence.

The confidence I had was shattered. I blamed person. (In fact, I hated that person a lot.) I know it's unchristian to keep grudge and blame others, I can't help it. But I am still lucky and blessed.I believe that I have lots of things to be grateful for than to be unappreciative. So I continued my life and shifted to BSAct. Supposedly a ladderized course to BSA. I finished the course on 2010 and got my first diploma. Yey! :D Another accomplishment. It was a meaningful 4-year journey to be remembered. I got great friends and loving family.

My original plan was to immediately jump to BSA after I graduate BSAct. Unfortunately, the program isn't furnished yet. So I had to look for another school offering the ladderized program. Tried a few schools in Manila but didn't found any. And again, God guided me to look into PSBA-QC's programs. I had my evaluations and LUCKILY, my 2 year equivalent units were credited. It's a great deal. Better than repeating the 4 years.A lot of things happen in my 2-year stay in the school. I mean A LOT, really.

It was a culture shock for me, at first. From an exclusive school to coed. From peaceful environment to not so quiet one. It's a chaos for me. YET, I survived! :D I was able to adapt into the environment. I learned new things, a LOT. :D I was exposed to what really a student is capable of (in different aspects :p). I also met a lot of new friends (because of the irregular sections I was into). AND, I found LOVE. <3 .="" 4="" :d="" a="" achieve="" affected="" after="" all="" also="" am="" and="" away="" be="" being="" believed="" better.="" better="" board="" boosted="" brought="" bsa="" but="" college="" colorful="" confidence.="" confidence="" course="" cry.="" da="" don="" eagerness="" encountered="" energy="" every="" everything="" exam="" feelings.="" finished="" for.="" for="" friends="" grateful="" had="" hehe="" help="" helped="" i="" in="" inspires="" it="" journey.="" journey="" just="" life.="" life="" lola="" lolo="" lot.="" love="" made="" mama="" me.="" me="" months="" more="" much="" my="" of="" offered="" other.="" part="" passed="" people="" person="" possible.="" prayers="" pushed="" re-gain="" realized="" really="" reviewed="" screw="" siblings="" significant="" so="" sorts="" student.="" successfully="" supported="" t="" ta="" taking.="" than="" thank="" that="" the="" them="" then="" there="" they="" this="" throw="" time.="" times="" titas="" tito="" to="" took="" up.="" ve="" want.="" want="" was="" way.="" way="" were="" what="" who="" with="" worked="" worth="">A journey of my student life has ended, and opened an opportunity to enter the real world. It's like, taking the 2nd set of entrance exams, this time it's not for college but for firms.
